Avenger .22 with slugs

According to Matt Dubber and others, the Avenger barrel is really good with slugs, great news! Trying to find specifics with the slugs but coming up short. Anyone with firsthand experience using either NSA .22 slugs or FX slugs in .22 and the Avenger? Interested in weight, size, velocity and gun settings. I'd prefer to test for myself but NSA is our of all the sample packs and FX is darn expensive to be buying a box of each.

No specifics on the Avenger! But you might also try H&N slugs.. I've had very good results with the 21 & 23gr pushed at 825 + fps from my Cayden..

What can ya say about NSA slugs?? Every slug I've tried has been good! I like the 17.5 gr myself, but there is plenty more options to go heavier to..

I have shot a ton of NSA slugs through the Venger. I just bought the sample packs, and played around till i found what it likes. Mine shoots the 17.5 gr .217 amazingly. I have it tuned to about 850 fps.

JSB Knockout 25.39 gr. 217 cal at 2000 on reg gets me great groups at 40yds about a nickle
