Is anyone else having problems with the Air Venturi Acenger .177 Magazinbe? I go to insert the loaded magazine in the slot and it fits perfectly, but the plunger and the pellet holes do not line up. Any suggestions?

On my .25 Avenger, I quickly found out there are two tiny rare earth magnets involved. When you push the magazine in, it will appear to be "seated", however, I found out I have to push harder when it reaches that threshold and the magazines goes in another quarter of an inch or so and THEN it is seated and everything lines up properly.
Give it a try. Use your thumb, when the magazine initially stops entering the breech, then push harder!

Make sure that the mag is not touching your scope & preventing the mag from seating all the way in. I had a set-up with that problem & it took me awhile to notice because it seemed to seat correctly but the pellet probe wouldn't go in all the way. You can take the scope off & see if it functions properly without it mounted

Switch to Marauder or Gauntlet magazines.

This is absolutely correct. Had the same issue as OP, changed to Gauntlet Mags and haven't had a misfeed since.
