AV 4500 Submersible Pump

I was filling my Uragan today from my compressor & noticed the temp was at 75C so I shut it down to cool off. It normally only goes to the mid 50's. I had this problem a few years ago & bought another factory pump from PA which fixed the problem. The pump is dead so I'm looking for a replacement. PA is out of stock. I looked on Amazon & there are so many submersible pumps that I'm not sure which one I need? The specs on my pump say Model-DC 808, DC 24V-5W, HMax 0.7-2. OM, Qmax: 5006/H. Any help on which pump I can buy to get my compressor up & running again would be helpful.

Maybe this?

That's pretty close to what I need. Only thing is mine shows 500L/H & this one shows 220L/H? I fill my guns direct so it might just work. If I was filling a bottle it probably would overheat? Thank's Scotty.
What is the actual flow through the compressor? These ratings of L/H are typically for open outlet, unrestricted flow from the pump.

A large factor is how far below the pump, the cooling water reservoir is placed. I did a series of tests, some years ago, for pump placement of my YH reservoir, which made significant difference.

I agree with you that it is better to default to a higher capacity pump, but do you need to limit you choice to 12 volt DC? There are many options in 120 VAC, and perhaps that might be a satisfactory option?

Which version of the AV do you have? My tank is at the rear when looking at it.
I consider the front as how you'd look at the control panel.

My fittings measure .345
I'm going to test the pump and power line to said pump before I order a new one.
And since I have every thing drained including the oil? I'm removing the rubber feet and replacing them with rubber wheels!
I'm tired of dragging it around!

Also going to cut the side covers so I can drain fluids without removing the damned side covers.

Privateer- We have the same compressor. I bought mine in 2018 & the original pump lasted 3 yrs. The second lasted until a few days ago, so mine seem to stop working after 3/4 yrs? The pumps say 24 v & my line measured 23.8 v. I mounted mine on a circular saw stand with 1/2 '' plywood on top of the stand & also added wheels, but I haven't needed to move it. I also drilled holes in the plywood & tied it down with 4 zip ties & it doesn't move. Also thinking of just leaving the side covers off completely.
