Resolution is low. You may get exactly what is advertised, but with such low resolution, might be pretty useless over 25 yards. When it says 25X that probably means they just crop the what you see and enlarge the center section, so 640 by 480 will be so grainy you can't see anything. It'll probably only be 170 x 120 at full magnification or less. Yeah, I'd stay away.

I already confirmed with ATN that this is a scam and not really their product. They list almost every thermal scope for $99. Doesn't even male sense.

That is one of the funniest posts I have seen. You are right, us males don't really have much sense when it comes to hobbies, woxxx, etc. 

Maybe it's the switch boxes for the switch plates I got. Not going to order cause they would probably send the wrong color and wouldn't fit anyway.

How can be the HIGHEST POSSIBLE resolution unusable? What's next? Your 4k TV is grainy and unusable?

Cheapest I found them is thru atn refurbished which is several hundred dollars off with a new 3 year warranty

I've owned both new and refurbished thermals from atn with out any problems one being a refurbished lt 320 5-10 power model and one being ltv 640 3-9 which is brand new

Guess you dont understand the difference between a digital and optical zoom and how the quality vastly degrades with a digital zoom to the point of unusability.

I was looking at Alibaba the other day and the ATN scopes popped up. Sounds too good to be true but figured I'd contact them just to see what sort of scam it is. Figured maybe it's stolen product or a shipping container that fell off a ship that they are trying to get rid of.

There seems to be 5 companies selling them atm, I checked the profiles of the companies.
Year established: 2023, 2022, 2021, 2018 and 2014

Not a single one of them has a single review for delivered product.

Contacted the one with ATN 4 640 4-40x Smart Scope Original $100 with 5 minimum. They told me not to talk on alibaba and posted a whats app number that I contacted. THIS IS A BIG RED FLAG!!!
Asked for proof of product, box pictures to be exact and was send several pictures of the box.

Add claimed the 640 4-40x was on offer but it's actually the 1.25-5x

I've contacted most of the sellers and asked for pictures of the box. Only 2 have sent pictured, a seller who wants $300 sent this:

So this one seems to have a box where they placed the red sticker on the right model, doesn't mean they actually have the product.
I will see if I can place an order but will only do so if it's using a platform where I am protected from scams. No friends and family payments or using some obscure payment platform outside of alibaba.

I'm 99.99% sure this is a scam as none of the sellers have ever sold anything anything on alibaba, the company names seem to be something typed into google translate in chinese and whatever the english translation was that became the company name.
Not a single one of them is Verified, not a single one of them offers protected order.
In chat from legit sellers you can just click the "Send order request" button to start the order process.

When you click the send order request you get this:

I'm going to talk with alibaba support about these accounts and I'm pretty sure they will close them down as scammers.
