I thought I would share some of my service experiences with ATN. I have the 4K Pro 3x14 scope with the ABL - 1000. When I first got the scope, I had it going only a few hours when I plugged it in and it got bricked. I sent in the RMA and the support folks took care of it right away. I had another scope in a few days.

I took it out yesterday to shoot (no wind in Oklahoma which is rare) and came home and realized that the little rubber cover for the USB plug was gone. I emailed support again and reached "My" who then was able to send me a replacement. I can't say enough about their support.

And it goes without saying that I like the scope! The light to the right and behind the bunny is the range finder.

I have heard their cs is great, this post reminded me i need to call about a new end cap-on/off switch for my IR light, it has a bad switch in it, even though you turn it off, its still ever so slightly still on, discovered this when looking at a mirror through the scope after i discovered my new batteries were almost dead after sitting about a month without any use.
