ATN ABL ISSUE , any help?

Hey guys trying to get my ABL setup, I paired it successfully, I loaded the ballistic profile into the scope.

When I go to use it I keep getting a "target can't be found" message and I get it like 3 times and all of a sudden it ends up with a clear sight picture again but with no reticle? Any help would be appreciated

Sorry for this noobness but I've only been using the scope a week and just got the abl.

Try calling atn they seem to be pretty helpful might need a update or something. I would try powering it all down and repair them and try again if that doesn't work I'd call ATN

Running the most current f/w for the scope itself? Sounds like it may need a good ol' reset (reload the f/w and start fresh). Ballistic solver turned on as well?

I restarted the scope, took it out, and it seems to be functioning now.


so I took it back out, I sighted in on a tree, I then pushed the range finder button nearest my face on the pad. It brought up the red directional lines, I then clicked ok and it brought me back to the reticle.
