Guys just wanted to explain the Atlas more in detail as I have seen both types PSR and non PSR. On their website it does say PSR has non rotating legs but I ordered at first, the non PSR version (then not even sure what it ment or would matter). I found the free spinning legs odd being used to the Harris bipods. The design is simple but one's wrist would twist with the motion and it was not going to be a happy relationship in my own mind.
I sent it back and Atlas folks hooked me up with the PSR version after I paid the difference obviously. They were very kind and gave no flaq. The difference, again my opinion, is night and day. There is a groove in PSR legs that will not allow the 2nd half that you slide up and down to free spin. I just found this more natural.
There is also a few other minor diferences that seem to be geared to long action magnums. A few places have thicker metal and fore/aft limiters.
Great bipod and company. Just wish I saw a video or detailed pic of the legs side by side and wanted to save anyone a step if considering it. I will post a pic if any want to see the PSR groove.
