I rarely by optics on ebay but I couldn't resist this scope for $149 open box like new. I heard they have a great warranty. So out of the box I absolutely loved this scope, out of all my dozen scopes, mostly Hawke this thing rocked the side shot scope cam. My issues is poi changes on different power levels. Its over a mil dot left when i go from 16x down 8x. In order to use scope i must sight in on one power level. My question is - is this normal for an athlon taols, does anyone else have this issue? Should I send in for repair or live with it?

Is your scope properly leveled? I have a 6-24 talos and ares scopes, and they track fairly well at various magnifications.

Yea perfectly. I'm sending it back, its no fun having to stay on one power level. I've never owned one before so didn't know if they were prone to sloppy build quality.

I've had the Talos 4-16x40 for 5 years. I use 16x when I dial elevation for long range, 10x for holdovers, 4x for hunting in close cover, it's been a great little cheap scope!
