Athlon Service

I bought a Athlon Midas HMR a few weeks ago. Nice and clear but didn't track well. I sent it in for them to check out. I got a call today. They confirmed it needed replacement. I thought about replacing it with another model and had a lot of questions. Chuck from Athlon service took time with me and showed great patients. I have never gotten service to this level. When I need another scope I will look at Athlon before any other!

Yep, they have SUPERB customer service.

I bought an Athlon second hand and the parallax knob clicked. Sent it in and they sent me a brand new scope less than a week later.

This is great to know, I just ordered 2 helos 2nd gen.

Not only do they have great service, but their scopes are the best in class in my opinion. All but heavy, but I can get over that when the glass is clear, the clicks are perfect, And the customer service is excellent.
