Another great review Joe! You've cost me some serious $$$, since I now have 5 Athlon scopes. Two Midas TAC, one Midas HMR, and two Ares BTR - all because of you! Well, I really like them obviously. I was going to buy that Daddy Midas TAC you had listed but I was too late... ;( I have the Ares BTR 4.5-27x50 on my EBR Bobcat...

Athlon makes some nice optics but the various names Helios, Cronus , midus , ares and on and on drives me nuts and sorting out the differences is tedious and confusing. I know others do the same but I object to it. Seems like you should make the best you can and sell only that or at the least PLEASE try not to confuse the perspective buyer.
If they made one scope to their best specs instead of having 4 or 5 “grades” they could cut costs and do just as well

Sonny had to drop the girls . Caused too much problems with YouTube censors ...Not kidding !! ....It's why Edgun leshiy channel is kinda " off the air " for a couple weeks .

It does everything you say, Joe! But I prefer an SFP scope and one that focuses down to 10 yards. Oh, and the magnification ring should be calibrated to 16 instead of 15 for us HFT shooters. I like this reticle too. Better than the Ares BTR that I bought and returned.
