Athlon Midas hmr openion

I saw the 

Athlon Midas HMR MOA on sale at camera land. Is the reticle pretty visible? Is the glass good? Is the Parallax usable to range with? I do prefer 2nd focal plane. All comments are welcome.

Can't go wrong with Athlon scopes, I have 4 , cousins have 4 more in all different price ranges. Very good quality.

I was thinking about buying one of these from camera land while this sale is going. I sure wish some that have the actual scope would have told me what they think about this scope.

I have one on my HW44 and love it. Wish it focused as close as the Bug Buster (Leepers) but 10 yards is pretty close. It's been a very good, clear scope so far. I'd buy it again if I needed one. I don't range with it (I have a Nikon rangefinder) but the yardage markers are close to true.
