Athlon customer support

Vortex has an amazing VIP warranty too. Had a Diamond back scope that would shift a tiny amount every so often, I removed the scope put it away for 3 years then thought what the heck I'll call them, real person answers said to send it in,,, sent shipping label postage paid , email they were running it thru the ringer but can't find a problem? Well ok just send it back but to be honest I'm done with it and would juste put it away. It was an obsolete model. They weren't happy that I was dissatisfied and said I had $380.00 to spend on another scope or would refund that amount of money, no recipe needed, if you have a Vortex that's all that matters.

Man thats the best I've ever been treated. Went extreme on a high power model but its overkill for my needs and is for sale in the classifieds now.

Sorry not trying to hyjack

Just picked up my second one, a Helos in 8-32 x 56. Really nice glass for the $$. I posted awhile back asking why the 8-32 was cheaper than the 6-24 Helos on Amazon. I think the 6-24 was at like $499 and the 8-32 was at $469. I went ahead with the 8-32 for the Impact I just got as I’m making that a dedicated bench gun.

Well, I figured it out, as the following Monday after Father’s Day that same scope was now up to $599. So keep in mind, fellas, It had to be a Father’s Day special. I remember last year same thing with the Caldwell Stinger rest I got, it was like $75. I told a friend about it and he went to buy it but it was close to $100. I then realized it was probably a sale for Father’s Day.

Anyway, as far as Athlon warranty, yes, awesome. My 6-24 Helos was my first intro to Athlon, and there was excessive backlash in the parallax dial. I sent it in, and a new one was sent back. No questions asked, no receipts required.
