Has anyone had this problem? I get the parallax set @ 50 yds. and then shoot and it needs to be set, just a little, to be set again. Reset it, shoot, adjust again. Do I send it in or ia there an adjustment that I can make to keep it set. Can't tell if the knob is moving because it only takes a very little move to get it reset. Has only been used about 100 times and 90 of that was trying to get it set.

Are your rings NOT lapped or overtightened?
You never have that issue with the A6 them suckers are super stiff!!!

Lifetime warranty.....if it were mine, I’d send in for repair or they’ll send a new one. Should only take a week to get one back in your hands.

Will just send it in. And rings are not lapped and only tightened to 20 lb. in. Don't know how that would make a dif. on the parallax. The scope itself is not moving.

All kinds if weird stuff can happen via scope rings not properly lapped (when needed).
Could be worse could be a Cabelas brand scope you get real nasty parallax side focus issues by merely putting unlapped rings too close to the saddle.

AND unlapped rings (when required) too close to the eyepiece zoom ring you get acrewed up zoom sometimes lose minimum or maximum zoom that way or just get stuck in one power setting even after you take the scope out if the rings.
Might not even have any ring marks but a user inflicted throw away scope.

Update -- Sent it last Friday by UPS. They got it Tuesday @ 10am. By 4pm Tuesday , same day, I had an email stating they would check it out and let me know about it.
Today at 3pm I got an email that they were replacing it and the new one is on the way with the tracking # included.
Thats what I call GREAT service.
