Athlon Argos HMR 2-12 x 42?

Wondering if anyone has used a Argos HMR 2-12 yet. Specs look decent but not great. Like the mag range and the 20oz weight. 

Not crazy about 60 moa adjustment range but workable if you use the reticle instead of dialing.

Another scope I am interested in is the Meopta Optika5 2-10 RF but that seems to be vapourware at this point. 

P.S. Have a Alpha6 4.5 -27 , like the the glass but the reticle is a touch fine for me.

Problem with 10 fold zoom scopes likely to have what I call fishbowl type effect at lower magnification like looking at a blind spot mirror that makes me dizzy and nautious.

It uses a 6x multiplier. Same as the beloved Alpha6 and many of the newer scopes on the market.

The BDC reticles you'd have to map out the holds for an air rifle because they are meant for centerfires but it's not hard to do. 

I really liked the daylight bright dot in the basic reticle they have for this scope! This was at the ShotShow so I haven't owned this scope. 

I'll be getting the Helos G2 2-12x42 in mil when these become available.

Ha, at this point, since I was told different things about when the G2 Cronus would be available, I refuse to speculate. Though I'm hoping for next month.

If a guy wants to dial or shoot within the limits of reasonable holdover, that RED DOT in the HMR is really COOL!!

Placed an order with Scopelist for the 2-12 HMR with the 600A reticle. Should be here in a couple of days. Will update this thread after trying it out.
