At what distance do you typically shoot your airgun?

At home I shoot 50 yards bench (actually set it up for 50 meters ...practice hard, compete easy

On the hunt, most of my shots are 30-ish yards but I am comfortable with and take shots without hesitation to 80 yard. 100-150 if the conditions and the backstop permits.

My rifles typically from 20-50. I am a terrible shot with a pistol so they are typically shot at 10, or less maybe if I shoot them enough I can stretch that out.

A lot of it is hold and trigger control. Tune can help, so can adjusting the physical balance of the gun. My pistol shooting has improved vastly in the past 3-4yrsMy rifles typically from 20-50. I am a terrible shot with a pistol so they are typically shot at 10, or less
As for distance, I'd say on average I most often fall somewhere around 30 yards. Pistols or rifles, doesn't matter.

I like to change up alot 10m - 100y or just run the target gauntlet , this scope , that scope , irons . Just whatever the whim of the day takes me.

Typically I like to plink offhand at 20-40yds. For pest control it's always as close as I can get without spooking my target. If the conditions are right, seeing what a magnum springer can do at 100yds is great fun.

This depends on which gun(s) I shoot. .177 usually 25-50 yards, larger calibers 50-100 yards. I don't have anywhere I can shoot beyond 100 yards, and frankly can't see any reason why I want to shoot beyond that, even with powderburners.

Usually 20-50 yds for backyard shooting from a table.
Sometimes hunting a bit more but im not a good enough shot freehand with air arms 410 for longer range so usually 30-40.

Typically shoot is the limits of my garden. Say 50 m.
Like to shoot is a different question, my current quest is well outside my typical range.

Depending on the gun, ten to forty yards. Hunting never over fifty, and always get as close to quarry as possible.

Thirty metres is my favoured distance. I can usually not spook prey by stalking to that (although rats can be unbelievably clever and magpies I swear are psychic). Rifle is zeroed to that.

Most of my shooting is more like 10 to 70 because that's what I have on my plinking range. I just walk outside, sit down, and shoot. My 100 yard range requires more effort to set up and shoot.

I have 2 traps setup one at 25 yards for rifles and 10m for pistols. Both are portable do they can be moved too.

My 75 yard target gets a workout. Pellets and slugs. I think it’s because at that yardage you’re right on the precipice of looking like a fool if you or your gun is having a bad day. My second favorite yardage is 135. That’s for when I want to judge my gun. When I want to push it, I move to 285 yards. If I could only shoot one distance, it would be 50 yards. It’s a fun distance.

Hello. . My friend has a 5 acres property so i go almost every weekend and set up competition targets for 50 , 75 and 100 yd, for the first 4 hrs early in the morning at 6/7am after that i do KYL 7 TARGETS in both calibers 22/25,cal .
