At last!! Pellets and slugs!

Just found a slug that shoots well out of the GM barrel! WOO. Was only a 3 shot group but thats honestly enough for me to make a point...and this was only 700 fps, where I can shoot them at 800-900 which should vastly improve the group. I thought I'd never find one!

What distance?

One relevant for my preliminary tests, as I said only ~720 fps so I didn't stretch them out, I need to tune for 800~ fps before I take em at 50+ yards. Slugs will shotgun at just about any distance if they aren't going to shoot well, I am sure anyone can attest to that...I've never found a pellet that didn't shoot well at both close and long range. GM barrels are notorious for printing out very poor groups with slugs. I can show you a group with the same slug that is sized differently at the same distance where each pellet hole is 1.5" apart...

Well Dillon, I tried some of the NSA 34.7 .25 cal slugs in my Priest and I’m pretty sure I could’ve shot a better group with bottle rockets. You’ve got a keeper there. When you get it tuned where you want it, let us know what kind of shot counts you’re getting.
