ASP20 in for repair

I agree with the analysis Glen. I own several Sig pistols, and the ASP20 build quality is very much in line with them. Sigs have never been”‘works of art”’or a piece of jewelry. They don’t strive for that..well maybe some of their models in the 1911 line are exceptions. For the most part they are highly functional, solidly built utilitarian work pieces. The ASP20 fit and finish is typical Sig Sauer.

I'm about to get my first sig pistol. It's on backorder but I paid for it already. The p365 in two tone

Good to know. It became my brothers EDC and he loves it. He has put over 10,000 rounds down range with it and LOVES it.

Got the rifle back yesterday. 13 days total round trip....excellent repair service time. I haven’t shot it yet to evaluate the repair. Thank you Sig!

Just to complete the thread...As some here have mentioned, the lock up was lubricated and the rifle now closes smoothly, even better than when new. Trigger is much better too. Consistent 1st stage travel followed by a clean break.
