Snowpeak Artemis P15 5.5mm - location of hammer spring adjustment screw

Good Afternoon all. I would like to know where the adjustment screw for the Artemis P15 is located at on the rifle? I would like to tinker a bit with fps with my current pellets (Hades 15.89gr) which is running at 834fps avg. I would like to possibly take it up up between 875fps and 925fps depending on what my pcp like. The reason for the adjustment is that this is my son's (6 year old) first rifle which he will shoot birds, meerkat and or rabbits with while we are on hunting farms, so he is not precise with his shot placements and I want to go up a few grains in pellet weight or even go to 21 gr slugs if he does miss the head, the impact would be great enough to humanely take the animal down.

Here is some 5 shot groups I took one evening at about 10 meters. The rifle was zeroed on 25 meters with the Hades.

Did you allow the trigger linkage to rotate?

Do you pull the trigger and get nothing?
Or a click

go to your email they should have provided a link. If not sign into your huma account it will be on there. theyre very good with shipping to us in the states.. I don't know how well the royal mail works. But, when i order from krale or huma i get my package in 4 days, when i order from B&K or bestfittings it takes 10-12

thank you for your help mate👌 yeah me and my partner went to whatapp and we had a reply and they've sent us the tracking now, and it hasn't even left their country as yet😂, I did think it would be somewhere like that, I don't really mind the wait tbh, and yes best fitting's is the uk because I've had parts from them for a different gun, I've not ordered from krale as yet, but there the same place as huma aren't they? but still from bestfittings it's not a bad wait time though really is it, do you mind me asking what you shoot? are you a hunter or just someone who like's just shooting a few can's in your back garden, thank you for your help once again 👍 all the best Dave, I'm not sure how to pronounce your name (sorry) do you have a nickname? thank you anyway.

@JimD will hopefully know where a Snowpeak reg in your caliber is set. Even close will be good enough. When you get your Huma, set it to the number Jim says, return your hammer spring setting to where it was if you messed with it and your done.

We could take a deep dive into this and go into all the details about tuning. But in your case I don’t think it’s necessary just to get you shooting again. Fine tuning and chasing numbers will only confuse you and probably make you hate shooting.

The best evidence of regulator failure is the shot curve. An unregulated gun will often start lower in velocity, then rise as pressure falls and then later fall again. You may have to fire 50 shots or more to check this.

If your gun does this you will need to pull the regulator, take it apart, and replace the O-rings and apply a little silicone grease. There are small parts and you need snap ring pliers. The seat may also have failed and it doesn't appear to be easily changed so hopefully that isn't it.

If you, or somebody lubricated the hammer that would be an easier thing to fix. The lubricant will trap dirt and gum up the hammer. Fixing that is just pulling the hammer and clean it and the tube.
hi Jim what should I set my regulator up to mate? to get the maximum out of the artemis it's a brand new huma regulator it's on 130 at the minute but won't let me fill it up, obviously it need's to come down but what too?? could you let me know please mate? thank you 🤝
