i was sitting drinking an adult beverage watching my cardinal colonies feeding this afternoon, when i seen an intruder sneak'n up on the feeding stations.
1st it hit the water source and then onto the SF seeds wrecking all the seed containers.
i just happen to have a (new to me) Artemis M16 in .25 on the bench that i've been running lately thru the ropes.
its a 1-hole shooter @ 50yrds if i can do my part with the H&N 30.86gr baracuda pellets right at 53FPE ! i scanned him at 44yrds and let one sing.
done deal and not even a nerve spasm show......
lights out for this critter, SF seeds are getting costly these days
