Tuning Arrow gun finally gets finished.

Well I built the Air Gobbler a few years back but, in the end, I was only getting three good shots out of it before the diminutive pistol tube was out of air.

I had always planned on putting a longer tube on it. Recently, a couple of months back, I finally got around to ordering the tube size I wanted from;

It arrived burr free, a very nice plus, and because of this it was a very easy install and had no leaks when I finished up.

I have not shot it as yet. So, I don't have an exact number on the shot count. But expect the extra five inches of tube should near double the original shot count so five or six, full power shots, for sure. The new tube is rated to 3000psi, instead of 2000psi, as well. I expect even more shots, will be available, because of the higher pressure.

Really looking forward to shooting this and the three Impacts I have recently been werqing on.

But I just finished up on the duplex remodel and, it looks like it's sold, and the long awaited move is finally about to happen so, no time for this kind of thing. As I have forty years worth of stuff and things to go through and decide what goes and what stays. A bit daunting of a task it is.
