Argus 45 & Argus 60

I’ve got one in 30 caliber, the 60. It is way more accurate than I am, I miss my fault. Crazy smooth cocking and quiet firing. Definitely doesn’t need an extra moderated. Really the only negative thing is the weight, but I think it adds to the accuracy, being more stable. Have been shooting my Huban 22 lately, but now I’m going to get my Argus back out and shoot it. When it warms up only single digits right now.

I love my .30 Argus. As Luke said it's more accurate than me and the trigger and cocking lever are like butta. It's single digits here too so I have to just polish it and hope for warmer weather or waste my pellet on shot strings over the chrono. It's probably the best airgun I have ever bought for accuracy and my Huben .25 is the most fun for family.

I've got a 45, in .22.

I like the little bugger..!

I see very few posts about the Argus 45 & 60. Did they not catch on or am I just behind the times. I don’t plan on buying one but I do like the look of the Argus 45. Just curious what everyone else thinks about them.

I was wondering the same thing. I think they just sucked and air gunners moved on. I'm trying to find out exactly what sucks about this rifle.

The square barrel shroud isn't...normal ! People don't like big changes.
As seen above, mine is a 45, in .22 cal. It's got an Eotech, EXPS3 on it now.
They shoot great.

@MikeVV I was reading some of your posts in some Argu threads. I noticed that the .177 & .22 have CZ barrels and the .25 & .30 have Lothar Walther barrels. I'm not sure what the difference between the Argus 45 and 60 are. When I first saw this gun I thought the shroud was odd looking. I have also read of folks complain about the gun. Don't know the details..
