Are there any lightweight mid-priced, un-regulated Bullpup PCP's still made?

Price range $1,000-$1,500. Seems like everything has gone regulated and brought with it creep, adjusting, and maintenance issues. Thinking of simpler day when I filled to 190 bar, shot to 130 bar and refilled. First shot was always right there. Full length rifles, springers, guns that cannot be bought new from a dealer (currently in production), and custom guns need not apply.

$600.00 The Walther Reign.

Happy with mine. Shoulders well, light, easy to aim, the cocking lever can be swapped to either side, the magazine sits well inside the stock, so either right or left handed shooters are welcome. While it does have a plastic stock, that can be a benefit out in the field, hard to scratch or ding..!

The cocking lever is where it should be on a modern gun, forward, just above the trigger, (not all the way bach at the back of the stock, where the company didn't see fit to manufacture a truly modern gun).

The gun (mine anyway) seems quieter than "moderate" as some sellers rate it. It's (was, I modified mine) notably quieter than many of my guns.

Just one thing, while the trigger is smooth, the second stage wall is firm and the let-off is clean, the first stage pull is a little hard. It takes about two minutes and a pushbutton, ballpoint pen spring to fix that. See videos in Youtube.

Not a pup for sure, but can take down and is light plus have a stock plug adapter that allows for full power shots, 14 fpe in a big pistol configuration.

My .177 AirArms TDR super accurate and as you requested unregulated fill to190 shoot 30 shots very consistently the rinse repeat. Lother Walter barrel no liners to pick from no harmonic running, super quite plus comes in a take down backpack case.

The newer one's are regulated and missing the take down backpack case.

I've had mine for over twenty years and have only resealed once recently.

BTW I'm thinking of selling it, pm if you have any interest.

Compared to Vulcan pup.

Hi cmatera. You could go with a Hatsan Flashpup. 6.1 lbs, bolt action, 165cc,200 bar,2900psi,,24 ish shot count,It does exactly what you were lamenting about. "Fill,Shoot,Repeat. It's accurate,I mean really accurate, hits hard, 22 cal version has mid 30s fpe. Trigger is a 2 stage adjustable and it works just fine for me, unregulated, not loud,Loves JSB 18.13grain Diabolo and H&N 21grain pellets.,comes with 2 magazines and a single shot tray. ($400). Spend the rest on a bunch of pellets, some targets, and a 2-7 x 32 scope. Check out AEAC review of it.

I second the Walther Reign suggestion. Mine easily shoots sub half inch groups at 50 yds with H&N 14.66g. I’ve even got similar results with Crosman 14.3 cheapie pellets. It’s relatively lightweight, and has a decent trigger for a $600 gun.
My only complaint is that it certainly isn’t a pretty gun. But it shoots well, it’s fairly back yard friendly, and seems pretty well built.
I was debating between the Reign and the Akela at the same price and am happy with my decision so far.
