Pay attention to Motorhead, he's correct. You get what you pay for and as support goes from Kral, there is none. They do not answer your queries or return phone calls.. Zero support.
Kral is an export manufacturer not a retail sales company. It's your importer that you should be contacting. Kral doesn't offer customer support to retail customers. They are set up to support the dealer and importer. They have parts. That's a non issue.
You say it's a non-issue, it isn't. Bottom line, they do not support the end customer. The big boys do. So what do you do when no dealer responds to your support request? The answer is NOTHING.!!!! That's my experience, not somebody else's. I will be specific. I wanted to buy the newest model of their Puncher advertised with a 500cc aluminum bottle.. I also wanted their factory moderator. I went to 2 European dealers. Krale in Netherlands and VNVetteren in Belgium. Krale would offer me only the earlier model with a tube and would not order the new model. Krale did not even answer my query about their advertised moderator. VNVetteren did not have the Model in stock and said he would order from Belgium's Kral importer. Nothing happened. I sent emails to Kral in Turkey and asked about a dealer that would sell what I wanted........NADA.....ZIP. I called their advertised customer support ............ nothing. Anybody with any sense would not buy their products. In the end, I bought a FX Crown and never looked back. I have support everywhere from everybody. I don't have to modify the gun. It comes with a regulator and it shoots lights out right out of the box. Experienced PCP shooters know that the real cost of PCP is the cost of air, not the cost of a gun. In the overall cost of PCP the difference in cost is less than 5% perhaps even less between an FX and a Kral. My point is that a cheap third world gun is a non-argument from an economic standpoint.
