You just seriously made me sad bringing them up.
I had a very sweetly 12ftlb tuned rattlesnake hydro dipped B40 that put hole in hole at 32 yards with CPHP’s from the tin.
Now only 3 reasons I sold it. Mainly I was on the PCP power kick & foolishly looked at 12ftlbs as useless. This was like my 4th year into Airguns at most. FX was being raved about.
2nd, I am a left eye dominate right handed person. I always shoot with both eyes open and am 80% ambidextrous except for my handwriting. That sharp comb. If it hadn’t had such a cool finish I’d have rasped that off and installed an adjustable height ambidextrous comb.
3rd, I heard the real TX200 shamed them. In build quality yes but this rifle had been lovingly tuned.
I’m sure someone out there remembers that rifle. She’s probably still going strong & gorgeous.
