ARCA rail for FX Dream-tact /Bottle version

Hey guys,

Good evening!

I have been trying to find a combination ARCA/ picatinny/ m-loc extension rail for my dream-tact

I would like to move my bipod anywhere from 6-10 inches forward on my rifle. I have checked everything I can find online,be it K&L and Sabre tactical. Nobody seems to make an extension or rail attachment that is compatible with the bottle version dream-tact.

I suppose I could buy one of those bottle clamp picatinny adapters, but I would like to have an ARCA rail adapter for tripod mounting options.

I could have bought the Sabre tactical chassis, but I wasn't too keen on having a hinge joint in the middle of the stock. I'm sure they are awesome, I just prefer not to have a joint in the middle of my foundation.

Does anyone know of anything made by any of the other aftermarket companies or of anything in the firearm realm that may work?

Not sure of the exact set up you are after but having all three options is not and easy task. especially with the length you are after. You may be able to piece things together with a couple of parts though.

There are plenty of picatinny extensions and Arca rail adapters around but few are Mlock compatible

I have a Spartan brand tri-pod and Spartan bi-pod that attach via earth magnet. My FX M3 will stand hands free on the tri-pod. The ball head has a "U" machined out for extreme angles up or down, is very user friendly, carbon fiber strong / lightweight. My M3 supports itself on the tri-pod with the factory short picatiny rail behind the bottle.

That is definitely a viable option. I think I've seen Matt Dubber with a Spartan setup like that.

Yes you have ! Very high quality. I have the tri-pod, the bi-pod, leg extensions for the bi-pod, the optional pro-head for the tri-pod (larger ball socket for heavier guns and incline/decline notch) the treking pole handles for the tri-pod legs to use in hiking snow, trail and or water, and a couple of the "Red Kettle" slings with the Spartan bi-pod specific holster. Very pleased with everything.

TN_Yankee, Yes, everything is made in the UK as far as I know. I purchased most of my Spartan stuff from Mike Riley in Michigan (Riley Outdoors at phone number (313) 802-3681. I did get as few items direct from Spartan in the UK that were on backorder locally. I have put thousands of rounds off the bipod and tri pods without any issues. Still very pleased with my purchases/investments.
