AOA with Paypal

I saw a nice 18cuft 4500 tank on AOA's site that would be tempting at $299. Does anyone know if they ever adapted to taking Paypal?

Put it your shopping cart and go to checkout. If the option is there then use it and if not then you’ll know that they don’t. I too like using PayPal for most online purchases.

I was hoping someone had recently inquired. Just finished basically placing an order after filling out 47 different lines of info and it didn't see Paypal anywhere. Oh well there's other vendors that do...

I’m one who also likes using the PayPal option, there would be a few more places that would get my airgun business if they accepted PayPal.

If they don’t accept PayPal they must not need my business is how I look at it and yes I know it probably takes a bit more for business to set up a PayPal account but they should understand that we as consumers do like to spend our cash rather then using credit cards.

I think the PayPal fees are higher than normal CC processing for businesses. I'm not sure I'd make it a condition of purchasing from a vendor, but each his/her own.

Could be and I may be wrong but assuming they had PP, my purchase today might have paid that fee. I know for sure though that if I don't purchase from them there's no way of ever knowing, there loss not mine. You'd think to that there revenue stream would be stronger with more options. It seems to be working well for the other vendors. They could also offer PP, but insist on a 1-2% fee to cover any additional fees if that is the reason for not offering it. I wouldn't mind paying it personally.

I like using PayPal because it makes me save up for things I want or would like to have so if I don’t have the funds to put in my PayPal account then I don’t get it, it’s to easy to just use a credit card plus it makes me feel good knowing it’s payed for before it gets here.

I use my credit card for everything. It is through Costco and every year I get back about $1100. I use it like cash - I pay it off every month so there is no interest. It is set up in my PP account so all those purchases are on it, too. If the card company is going to give me back a % of my purchases, I make sure I use it for as many as I can.

I too prefer to use paypal when shopping online. There are quite a few places I passed up because paypal was not a payment option. I too would be more then happy to pay the fee for using paypal if that was an issue.
