AOA pre-ship rifle testing.

Any one who has purchased a rifle from AOA knows that they test the rifle and fire a group through it before shipping. This is done to simply ensure that it is functioning properly before shipment. Not a bad service by any means. But....has any one ever requested that their rifle NOT be tested before shipping. Or, just prefer that they didn't have their rifle fired before taking delivery?

That is nice of Aoa. If you want the Royal treatment on a new purchase, Charlie at Georgia Airguns is Top dog. Lubed, trigger adjusted, test fired (target included) and the works. Just air up and have at it.

these days i think it is a wise idea to have it fired b4 they ship , they are good people at AOA.

aoa has done that if you ask, might get it faster but if something is wrong wasted shipping time and they might not cover the rma ship tag

That is exactly what they said. You can request that they not test it and get it shipped quicker. But if something is wrong they will not cover the shipping costs back.

Yep I tried that. I wanted a rifle sealed from the factory a few years back. The above response was what I got. Nothing against AoA they have always treated me right.
