My only problem with this is, it's kind of poopty to just continuously take customers money when all they need to do is dump a little coin (that they get from overcharging freight even if it's due to an automated system) into fixing their system/software. However they're omitting they can get better rates and pass it onto you while still collecting the ridiculous freight fee.

I ordered once from Trenier and they pack VERY well.
Do NOT ever order pellets from Midway! Worst (zero) packing ever.

When I ordered the option came up to switch between ups ground, usps priority, or usps ground. Think even fedex was an option, can't remember but it was a list of 5 I believe. I didn't switch it at checkout and they default to ups ground I think.
As for ordering pellets, I always go through PA since the 3+1 and awesome packaging. Pellet shop and Trenier always come in just over the price with shipping vs PA for me it seems.

ok , sorry i gave the wrong info , i ordered pellets from other places and found crushed paper wrap , but not from the ones you mentioned .

Yeah I have run into that too, Tom at HPP always packs his with those foam surrounds. New England Airgun as well and both companies double box. Trenier also packed that way the one time I ordered from them.
I am so weary of ordering stuff after a few mishaps through shipping now.

I always call AoA because their website is not always right and needs some serious updating. Heck, they still list Vortek PG2 spring kits and the H&N Sniper pellet line, both of which haven't been made in several years now. Just better and safer to talk to a live person or you may well order something to find out they actually don't have what you're wanting to order. They may well also have a deal going that isn't listed on their website.

They wanted $176- to ship a compressor to Vermont (least expensive option). So, I bought the same compressor from High Pressure Pneumatics in Michigan. $60- UPS shipping arrived in 4 days. Smells like backdoor price padding to me.
