With 400cc metal tank for $699. I would buy one but I have a bad feeling it will be under powered. The sweet spot would be 875-900 fps with jsb 25 but I think you will get a 750 fps gun but maybe I'm wrong ????

I was thinking maybe you could put a Huma Regulator in one and set it shoot how you would want any one know?

They are underpowered and only get 26 shots per fill with a bad ES. Unlike the 177 and 22 cal, it does not have the Daystate Harper Slingshot valve system. The new version gets 80 shots at 43 fpe with a 20 fps spread.

As stated above the .25 doesn't come with the Slingshot Hammer which makes the gun a whole different animal than the .177 and the .22. I just did a lot of research on these guns and found, at least for me, the .22 was the way to go for sure, followed by the .177.
Anyway, the real reason I'm responding...I just bought a .22 Bantam Hi Lite and was curious about an after market regulator for it. I e-mailed Huma and Brocock to ask if the regulator they are using on the Bantam Sniper will be available for aftermarket purchase. Brocock's people never got back to me but Huma reps did. They told me about 2 weeks ago that aftermarket Huma regulators will be available for all of the Bantams in about a month or month and a half(so 2-3 more weeks). The regulator will screw on between the tank and gun and will have the same gauge as the Sniper but in a slightly different place since it is an aftermarket part. No modifications necessary and although they wouldn't give me a price, should be between $90-$125. I love my Bantam Hi Lite as is but for $125, I'm willing to try the Huma regulator at the advise of some others on the board. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that update. I have a bantam .177 which I really like and would install a regulator if it is pretty easy. If you do it, please post. Also contemplating one of the new ones in .25.

You can install an Altaros regulator on the Bantam real easy. It will change the look because the tank will stick out a few inches farther because of the plenum. I have the 177 and 22 cal and I wouldn't bother because with the Slingshot valve I get about 70 shots in 22 cal with a great extreme spread and 140 shots in 177 cal. The new versions are supposed to get a lot more shots with a better ES but 70 and 140 is enough for me. I would like a 25 cal in the new version but I will wait until the price drop. Suncity Mexico did a great review on it. Although I can't understand Spanish, I can see the groups and the shot stream and it looks really good.
