I recently received an HW44 from AOA. Fill port plug was missing. Emailed them and received a plug priority mail in just a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

I bought a used fx cyclone from AOA a while back. They checked it over before shipping it. It wasn't very accurate so they put a brand new barrel on it, no charge!! It shoots great!! They have excellent service!!

Yeah, I'm also very happy with their customer service.
I bought my Fx Crown like 2 months ago. I think the name of the CS Representant was Daryl. He took my order over the phone, I spelled my full name (2 names, 2 last names) and a mexican address (way too long). He got it right the first time without hesitation... he also tried speaking some Spanish just for fun (which was very cool in my opinion).
I also asked him for some stickers and a shirt for free.. guess what? They sent some to me at no extra cost!
The only thing I can say didn't like too much is that I asked for 5 tins of 25 gr jsb pellets and I got the 33.0 MKI pellets
But probably he didn't understand what I said, so I put that on me.
On another day, I called back to order a set of FX No limit scope rings and Jared Clark (the guy from the videos) picked up the phone... great customer service as well, he's super cool too. They've earned a new customer here.
