Previously posted what could be construed as a negative experience and wanted to post a positive one. Just want to thank Shannon with AOA customer service for her help a few weeks ago. Her emails were prompt and very helpful. She was able to get me a copy of my receipt for my Impact I needed for warranty. Also want to thank Kayla and Meagan with FX USA customer service. They were very helpful, prompt email responses, and the quoted time frames were on the money. The tech, Benjamin, worked some FX magic because my Impact hasn’t been this accurate and HARD hitting before (ever). Chronied (?sp) the 18gr JSBs at about 900fps, smacking/smoking a (~12in) limestone rock about 100 yards away with every shot. Thanks y’all
