ANYONE USE BOG DEATHGRIP TRIPOD WITH IMPACT

hi all just purchased a bog deathgrip tripod and doesnt seem to fit impacts has anyone made it work please thanks ste

I use the Death Grip tripod clamp around the bottle. No problem.

But waiting for my Field Optics Tripod with picatinny and arca head unit!

Ive had a sabre tactical arca rail that hasn't moved since July 20th usps. Got the ballhead and tripod all ready to go.

I purchased my first SB arca rail about 4 months ago, had no idea what arca was, just thought it was more comfortable than picatinny when shooting off hand. Lol! Dimmer switch in my head lit up after seeing a UtahAir video.

In order to get 30% off, I had to piece out a Field Optics Tripod on Dvor.com. Finally got shipping notification on the last part couple days ago, took 2.5 months.

Here’s my set up. A Sirui carbon fiber tripod, a ball head and a standard arca Swiss mount by Kraford and Lypt that attaches to my front picatinny rail. No matter what tripod you use, if you brace the rear of the gun, it will increase stability about 100%. No more shakes! I use a piece of carbon fiber tube between the stock of the gun and tripod, It’s been notched at both ends for a tight fit.

I am using an innorel tripod rt90c with a big ball head lnnorel L54 low profile . With arca Swiss rail in my impact is stable like a rock but but the whole system is heavy . I am searching now for a better solution more handy .

I also clamp at the bottle, but just snugly. The BDG is my friend.

Probably best to use ARCA connection as most of the member showing on the pictures , you can use something like this https://www.amazon.com/Leofoto-Picatinny-Dovetail-Adapter-GS-1/dp/B084JPVR4C to attach to picatyny rail on the gun
