Anyone tried these in their .45 Texan?

I have shot them out of my Texan. I had to resize them to fit in breech. They had average accuracy out of my Texan, and I now use them as plinkers.

I've tested tons (ok, maybe 20 pounds) of bullets and round balls. My Texan really shoots sweet at 300 fpe with Hornady .457 balls. Accuracy degrades beyond 65 yards, but my typical deer crushing range is 25-40 yds. Always looking to improve though.
