Anyone need a tank??

I am looking at maybe getting another tank for my truck for when I go camping and what not. Was looking around at possibly getting another tank or two, and then I came across a 9L tank. Does anyone have anything like this that they use? Would be interesting to hear what your thoughts and opinions are on the tank.

Honestly would like to find one without the valve on it, so I can replace with a saber tactical valve on it.
Need to figure out the size of the tanks that I already have, don't want to get a duplicate. Really wish they made these sizes easier to understand.

A little looking and here it is. Not to bad honestly, should be able to get quite a few fills from that guy!

The Saber Tactical valve is 7/8" - 14 UNF threading. The tank you are looking at is M18* 1.5. They are not compatible. To use the Saber Tac you would need a tank with the standard scba threading (7/8 -14).

My story to people with deep pockets like to over-think with it. You need to decide what you will be using it. I knew that I want to tether for BR and I was planning my steps. My story started like this - and turns out it was a learning curve for myself as well: :) so sharing to you as a learning curve...
- first I bought a BNIB 9L Acecare from my local classifieds from a guy didn't wanted to invest into a compressor;
- then I got myself a first YH
- then I ran into a government auction sale for a fireman station, and bought 4 scba for peanuts
- I realized the outport threads are not matching, and ordered 2 new valves from aliexpress (sory the link doesn't exist any longer), in order to buy the Huma External Regulator

- ended up with 5 tanks, two in DIN and two in inches (whatever that F is called). Some tanks I use now for BR tethering, and some for occasional fill-ups.

The moral of the story is....make up your mind but don't spend soooo much money these are air tanks only. Expired 5 or 10 years ago? If there is no physical damage these can last long long time - but don't fill it with moisture !!!

Agreed Hun!

My 9L tank, the 60min tank, I got through an auction. It was a military surplus for a fire suppression system and it was never used. Was put into storage and sat there until they didn't need it anymore. I think I paid $50 for it and then shipping. If I was thinking I would have ordered more as it is a pristine tank and I love the size of it.

Are this good to go for fill up at airsoft stores and such or not DOT approved?
