Anyone know what small 3L tank I can get that would be certified for fill and approved for fill up in the US?

You can buy a compressor for the price of a dot cert tank. But If I were to buy a tank like your wanting it would be a great white.

I really like the AceCare tanks. They are reasonably priced and excellent quality in my case. I also do not charge any of my tanks beyond 235 Bar, because it is not necessary. The big advantage of CF tanks is they are much lighter to tote around. I never tether because a gun recharge takes only seconds, so why bother. I also only use 12 liter tanks. I substitute volume for pressure.

You can buy a great white from other outfits but perhaps it's Joe's own outfit that has them made for him? I know they're not cheap, I assume they're of the utmost quality.
