anyone know the schematic of this Chinese compressor

Hi all, just wondering if someone has the schematic of the piston pump of this Chinese made compressor.

I had a short circuit while running it and it wouldn't start up again. Went to a friend to try sorting it out and ended up taking it apart and cleaning it. It was very dirty inside, especially in the tube where the air bleeds out. Anyway, got the pistons moving again after reassembled, air was pumping out but unfortunately, by tightening the air valve lock, air would not able to pass thru. hard to explain, but I was hoping someone would have a diagram on showing how the internal parts goes. Maybe we did something and caused the blockage.

thanks Yo. unfortunately that diagram is not the same for my compressor.

both cylinders are pumping air but it's in the top of the second one before it goes to the manifold where the high pressure filler hose is where we have an issue with the spring/ball/cup area. when tightening the bolt on, the air stop coming out.

thank you very much chickenthief for the link. It is not exactly the model I have but the write up was very informative. Too bad I didn't come across this article as we had made some critical mistake in taking the compressor apart, without any clear knowledge of what to do. We did clean all the oil contaminants and rust that got accumulated inside the unit. We found the split rings were broken and to make matter worst, we lost the Reed Valve Wafer.... hopefully we can find the replacement parts and get this compressor working again.

Check Aliexpress and also contact sellers or THE SELLER you bought it from maybe he can get the correct parts for yiu along with the schematics. Even try CALLING MRODAIR he may have some parts too.
