I screwed myself by not having IG and Facebook for 3 years. Now I am trying to start IG and I can't figure out how to post something. This is what I see. I am actually in the app I already downloaded.

This can also be done on Firefox, which has a mobile view. I did this successfully a few months back, but don't recall exactly how... Do a search.

Thanks guys! Yes, you have to change your PC view to Mobile view in the PC Browser. I like Google browser...but this explains what's going on.
