Anyone have a uragan in .177?

Not the compact but the fullsize. Just curious dont see much about it at all. What kind of power do you get? Does it do ok with slugs? Can it easily get over 30fpe?

@mercado does. Shoots slugs exclusively through it. NSAs 12.5gr and 15gr. Can't remember speeds but i believe over 900fps.

I have the heavy JSB's at 910 ish. Excellent results even at 75yrd. Honestly don't have the motivation to tune for slugs but they don't shoot well with my current tune.

Just FYI - with the reg @ 140 bar I can get just under 25 fpe from my Compact. I would assume the full size would easily hit over 30 fpe.

My particular barrel has too tight a choke for slugs even though I've tried.

This is a 40y group .. is as good 100y + by the bit the knockouts opened I sold them..found them not up to the .22 or .25 knockouts standard... they are more pellet style.. another slug that works equally well are the cup base griffin up to 16g.

I got a Standerd uragan in 177, I got it shooting the 10.65 gr H&N Baracuda Match at 940 FPS, There is a reason people call the 177 Lazer guns. 99.9 % of people will tire of shooting before you run out of air, Comes in handy the 177 tins come in 500 ct.

Vmaxpro... I really have no idea..but it came out great he told me it was his first HP tune for a uragan in .177 .. when there is not a awful wind I used to drop seeds from a tree at 135y.

Though my coming Uragan is a compact it gives me hope the Mako’s I have will work and maybe nsa 12.5. I am looking for a pesting sub 50 tune.
