Anyone has tried H&N Pilledrivers on FX Impact slug and pellet barrels ?

Its listed on H&N's site as 0.095

And HAM has them at 0.083 on their list of BC's, although i'm not sure how well they shoot out of a normal ST barreled impact, so their reading might be affected by instability etc I suppose

That's way behind slugs, a VK 22.5 hp has a BC of .121

Yes But Nielsen 30gr Slugs are listed with BC .078., behind the pilledrivers. The question is, will the pilledrivers shoot well on slug liners ?

I purchased 1 tin each .22 pile drivers and rabbit magnums to test for us in my 700mm impact slug barrel. Both H&N products were as bad as it gets. Regulator just under 125bar, the pile drivers went 910 fps, the rabbit magnums went 955 fps and the VK 24gn went 970. Five pile drivers and four rabbit magnums were fired at the center of the bottom target with three pile drivers and one rabbit magnum missing the paper at 70 yards. No scope adjustments and the aim point was the same for all H&N. Both H&N products fit very tight in the chamber requiring several times more force to close the lever than normal. The pile drivers prevented the magazine from advancing consistently.

The cardboard with the two targets on it was turned bottom to top before shooting the VK slugs because my backstop is only the size of one target.

The first ten VK slugs were fired at the center of the top target in this pic. I guess the H&Ns fouled the barrel because nothing was changed for the next two 5 shot groups, top left and top right. Then it started raining so I quit. Now I have two tins of paper weights.
