Any thoughts on a good all around Bi-pod

I just got my stock in with the rail mounted on the front and was looking to get a better bi-pod than the Caldwell one I have. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Its just hard to shoot a Taipan Veteran with the flat bottom stock without a good bi-pod in my opinion.

Thanks.

Hello Look at the Atlas bt46-lw17 prs bipod. Its a little pricey but very rugged and has a lot of very nice features like pan an tilt. Put thousands of 308 rounds down range with it on a Colt 901 and Sako trg m10 really nice bipod. With all the use and a lot of abuse to it the only issue was a torn rubber foot which they sent a replacement out with no charge. Hope this helps Eric

The Accu-Tac Bipods are by far the best on the market as far as I'm concerned, nothing more versatile in my opinion. I have used just about every inexpensive and high end bipod on the market and have found the Accu-Tac PC-5 with leg extensions is super durable and useable under any conditions. The nice thing about this one is it has adjustable cant, adjustable legs and can swivel. I can remove the leg extensions to shoot from bench. Most of the rugged terrain I hunt would be impossible without this unit. The biggest drawback is the price and the weight that can be justified by the quality and durability.
