Younger than me I've gone to BLM lands in past years I'm 2 miles from Los Angeles City Hall it's about a 2-hour drive by freeway up to five to the 14 14 East about another hour and a half you pass a small town to gas up get food it's about a 30 minute drive from there dirt road into the BLM property is normally pretty good you can make it with a car roads always open once you pass the 14 till it ends transitions to another freeway about 20 miles out look to your left you'll see a huge white pipe you basically drive towards the pipe on one of the off ramps I would have to look it up to give more information it's been a while hope this helps buddyI live on the west side of LA. Are there any public areas for shooting, such as BLM land? I recently went to several BLM lands, but the roads leading up the mountains were blocked or passed through private property, so there were no public roads to access them.
