Any Members Shop with AirgunDirect.com? What Are Your Thoughts?

I’ve read the AirgunDirect.com ”About Us” writeup and it seems decent. However, after searching AGN I’ve only found one member saying anything about this shop. If you’ve done business with this shop and you are not affiliated with them, I’d like to hear about your experience(s). Rod, I’ve read what you have to say. Anyone else? What did you order? How was the customer service? Are orders fulfilled in a timely fashion? Are items packaged well for shipping and arrive undamaged?

I have not purchased from AirgunDirect.com, but have traded emails and talked with the owner on the phone. I may purchase a Krait L .25 from them now, or possibly later in the year. He is mentioned on airmaksarms.com as an authorized retailer. Plus his business is in CT and so am I.

The owner is Sandy Schupper who goes by the AGN handle 'Sky King'. He's around my age (78), and a Vietnam Veteran. From my voice/email conversations with him, he is very pleasant and gave me any information I requested.

But again, I have not yet purchased from AirgunDirect.com, but probably will at some point.

I am on the same boat as you in terms of not having bought anything but have spoken with him on the phone several times and he seems like a genuine, and stand up gentleman.

Yes, He seems decent and I liked talking with him. He's a Vietnam Vet who had seen a lot of action, and still suffering from PTSD I believe. Shooting airguns is very therapeutic for him. He's also very knowledgeable about airguns, and could help with fixes if needed after purchase.

But, he's still an online store, so not like PA, where we can send back if we don't like.

The only reason I have not purchased a Krait L from him yet, is I want a Taipan Slash even more .... lol :).
