Any ideas why pellets keep entering the hammer area causing my gun to jam. Using American Arms 25.4 gr .25 cal ammo but does it with all ammo. All I can think of is to maybe polish the pellet probe.

What gun? Trying to picture what you're describing but not getting it. Is it possible your barrel isn't seated correctly? Maybe too far forward or back? Pictures might help.

Definitely AEA and I did adjust the barrel so the flange so to speak is only protruding and the barrel face is flush to the action. It has been better since doing that but still embarrassing when trying to show the family what PCP are all about. Sorry the gun is not with me now.

Do you mean pellets are falling backwards out of the magazine or barrel when you retract the bolt? Or are the pellets getting stuck on the bolt probe and being pulled backwards when you cock the gun?? Trying to understand.
Did you lose a breech o-ring? Are you single loading pellets without a magazine?
Make sure you're not accidentally loading smaller caliber pellets. Check your tin carefully. Mistakes do occur in packaging.
