After replacing the .454 barrel with an .457 barrel and drilling a new hole in the probe so it stuck a hair deeper in the barrel, I get 8 shots all touching at 50 On a fill. The old barrel let a .45 round ball roll right through. And the probe drilling along with a lot of trial and err from McMaster Carr’s o-rings stopped the air blowback and blown breech oring.
