I have a FX Boss .30 that has a "smooth twist", or I like to call "pellet only" barrel and am considering having a Lothan Walther blank machined to fit as a drop in mod. But before I spend the money on a barrel, it would be nice to know if anyone in the area can do the machining. Any recommendations?
Any good machine shops in the Tampa Bay area? (or west-central Florida)

You Can also look into a Gunsmith and or Airgun smith. A well qualified one could do it as well.

From what gun shop owners that I have talked to, the gun smiths that they know of aren't set up to do things like barrels - making scope mounts or common repairs, mods are about all I'm going to find around here. My hope is that there are some gun smiths that can do the job, but I haven't been able to find them. that's why I'm expanding my search to machine shops also.
