Any experience with Bore-Whips pull-through cleaning #42-0017 for .177?

Purchased my first order....says it is reusable; first cleaning worked great; however on my second after soap/water cleaning/air drying, the foam tip tore up...used in the bore of
my Air Venturi Comp10, .177:

Patchworm makes a really good 177 kit if you don't like what you are currently using.

These are for lubing I believe. Check out Airgun Channel Nate shows that he uses Ballistol with gun upside down , and uses a pull through. Like above. Patch Worm.

What everyone else has recommended is great and I use them as well! But I just order this a week or so ago and it is fantastic! It is brushless and it pulls all the gunk out of your barrel usually in 1 pull. I did have to cut half of the brass weight so that it would fit in the breech of my guns though. Other than that it works fantastic!

I had several British pull through's back in the day , but for for my .308 FAL with a Coonan rec I might ad I used a bore snake.👍👍👍.

I use grass trimmer line in the green colour for .177 . Cut to right length, heat up one end with a lighter and flatten it out. Cut the opposite end to a point and use cotton patches. Cheap and very effective.
Ahhh a DIY Patchworm the main reason i use it is no metal parts and ALWAYS ONLY clean from breach to the muzzle .

I have a few bore snakes also, and I bought the ones without the brass in them for the PCP's. That way I don't have to change the breach O rings after pulling them through.
