A friend of mine gave me an old Winchester 333 air rifle that has a unique 2 spring/opposing cylinder design. Are there any currently manufactured airguns with this Giss type system?

Beeser you have good friends !!!! But I don't believe anyone makes that type of system anymore . I have a Diana 75 on the way . Can't wait to check it out . They are incredible rifles

I Googled the Diana 75. Very nice rifle with the fixed barrel and side cocking lever. You should be proud! Here's a pic of my Winchester 333 in 177.

Yeah it seems intimidating, but most do till you can hold it in you hands , and figure out what makes it tick . It's been freshly rebuilt so I won't need to for a while . I mainly bouggt it for the stock ...And to do a FWB300s vs. Diana 75 video shootout

I want one of those break barrel Giss rifles BAD !! But scoping one seems kinda like gluing glitter on a pre64 Winchester.

I rebuilt a Diana 6M pistol not too long ago and all I can say about the Giss system is is it's got too many moving parts! Timing and clearances are critical. Quality is typical Diana.

Joe - Any idea where you can purchase the rubber piece on the end of the rear sight? I think yours is the same as mine. There seems to be a groove on the sight for the rubber piece to fit on.
The Winchester 333 (rebranded Diana 60?) is definitely a smooth acting rifle, almost feels like a PCP.

I try those two sights . You might holler at Jim Edmondson an see if he has a lead . Jim's a GREAT guy to deal with !!!

I played around a little more with the Winchester and I must say this is one sweet shootin' rifle with so little recoil/movement that it gives a PCP a run for the money. Truly remarkable! The sights are a challenge to get used to though.
