Any advice on how to get my gun back from Beeman?

I sent my Beeman 1358 in for warranty repair back in early January. Peter Hernandez has told me on multiple occasions my gun was next in line; my gun is top priority; 3 more days.... on and on and on with the BS. I still don't have my gun and am finding it harder to get ahold of good ole lying ass Peter. Anyone have any advise on how to get my damned gun back from them. I got a lousy 50 shots out of a $400 gun. I've tried being professional, being nice, being a smart ass, being a absolute dick, I'm at a loss at what to do other than just bring my big ass on down to Cali and see if Peter will lie to my face. Plane ticket gonna cost more than the gun. LMAO! It's the principle of the matter.

Huh... That worked, told em all I could really do was start trashing them on the forums. They are supposed to send me a new gun tomorrow. Thanks for existing AirgunNation.

What was the problem you encountered with your gun that you had to send in for warranty work?

While running through my 5th magazine it released all the air out of the gun from back behind the magazine. Air Gun Depot thought maybe it was a valve stem, Beeman thought it was a seal. They're sending me a new one so I guess I'll never know what actually malfunctioned in it.
