I saw a neighbor throwing away an old box fan and had a brainstorm. Took off the front face, used a sawzall to cut off the mounts for the motor, filled it with rubber mulch, and put the face back on. Now I have a rubber mulch filled target stop with carry handle. Seems to be working well so far.
