Another Strelok Pro Question

I have everything entered, double checked, and Im still shooting low. Let me run this by you all.

They don't have the JSB 33.95 in the matrix so I used Baracuda and adjusted the weight and BC which I did on the crony.
Not sure what drag factor means or which one to use.
Entered the average bullet speed per my chrony.
used the local forecast for weather.
Zero offset
scope height is exact
zero at 25m
.1 for the MRAD clicks
scope and reticle were in the matrix and self populated. Its FFP

This thing is shooting 10 clicks low or 1 mil at 100m. It always seems to be shooting a bit low. There must be something I messed up. any ideas? Thanks in advance. Let me know if more info is needed.

So I downloaded Chairgun, re-measured the scope height with mics and they were the same. Plugged it in and it was dead on at 50. Wind picked up and turned to 90 degrees, dialed the results and dead on. Reentered all info in Streloc and nothing changed. Ill stick with Chairgun for now till I figure out Strelok.
Went out and threw a bunch of golf balls out at unknown distances. Lazed them with the Halo, plugged them in and I couldn't miss, 15 to 65 yards.
